These Salmon bites are one of my favorite appetizers.
They're easy to make, tasty and goodlooking.
The recipie (4 pers.)
200 gr fresh salmon
20 cl gin
lemon juisce (1 lemon)
lemon zeste 1 lemon
Santa maria wasabi and sesame
1. Cut the salmon in 2 cm cubes.
2. Blend gin, lemon juice and lemon zeste and add the salmon.
3. Marinate in the fridge for at least two hours.
4. Wipe the marinade a bit of the salmon and finish with the wasabi sesame mix.
