When the kids come home at 16.00 h they're always hungry! I'm not really a fruit lover so a lot of times I prepare some vegetables.
This weekend I planted out some jerusalem artichoke in my garden, but I was al little to enthusiast when I bought them, 1.5 kg --> way to much.
So today I prepared the rest together with a sweet patatoe.
Ingredients
- 500 gr Jerusalem artichoke
- 1 normal sized sweet patatoe
- 2 garlic cloves, in pieces
- some fresh rosmary
- peper and salt
- fresh parsley, ...
Put all ingredients together on a baking sheet and grill in a preheated oven for 35 min.
Add freshly chopped herbs and maybe some fetacheese, greek yoghurt.
Enjoy!
