Lentils, dandelion salad, bacon and eggs

A perfect sunday evening reciepe, I prepare this with a lot of green vegetables, depending on my fridge or garden. This time I had some chard and some dandelion salad in my garden so these were obvious choices.

Ingredients



- 200 gr green lentils
- Handfull of green leaves
- 1 onion and 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 100 gr bacon
- 4-5 eggs

1. Cook the lentils in chicken broth
2. Fry onion and garlic in some olive oil
3. Add bacon and bake for a few minutes
4. Add the green leaves, and wait till they shrink
5. Make 4-5 holes and add the eggs
6. wait untill they're ready

Serve with turkish bread with garlic butter.
